This is the worse cafe I have had in my life. I was with a friend, he came first and ordered his drink, and then I ordered my drink,, after waiting for almost 15 minutes, my cold cappuccino had not arrived yet, and I felt thirsty after talking, and I took my tumbler and drank my water. Then a waitress came and told me that I cannot bring any drink from outside,, I said sorry,, then she said that she need to take my tumbler away and put it downstairs,,I thought it’s not necessary,,and she INSISTED to take my tumbler SEVERAL times, then I said, I was thirsty and was waiting for my drink that had not come yet for almost 15 minutes. I ended up put my tumbler underneath my table. I think she just needs to say politely that it’s in cafe policy that customers are not allowed to bring drink from outside, instead of insisted to take my tumbler away. I already ordered drink anyway,,,people who come to that cafe are professional, it’s so embarrassing being treated like that in a cafe. Some waitress are sometime very mean to customers,,I don’t know if she has received training from her supervisor on how to treat guess.
